Contractual Obligations

A large national snack distributor with a network of 40,000 vendors wanted to reduce paperwork in the field. Complicating the task was the fact that every contract contained a substantial amount of information unique to each vendor. By creating customized sheets for each vendor, no information needed to be entered in the field; all that was needed was a vendor signature. The Pretty Incredible solution all but eliminated field errors, and established a new process that streamlined field operations.

The company’s previous vendor said the process was impossible to implement. Not to us. We had proof of concept, process details and printed samples ready to go within an hour.
